I took my sweet and always willing(with a promise of a lunch date afterward) Annie to take some pics to show you some of our great studio backgrounds. We have many other colors to choose from too- come check us out! While at the studio we discovered that Annie is alergice to cats- she was sneezing like crazy- but was still able to give me some cute smiles in between the sneezes :0)

Easter Eggs!

We ended up more colorful than the eggs by the time all was said and done I think! What a happy and fun tradition! Happy Easter Everyone!

A new favorite store...

My daughter Josie and I found an awesome new fabric store in NE Portland today. They had a great sale going on so we picked out several new fun and funky backdrop fabrics for the studio. The line to get the fabric cut was hideous, but Josie was an amazing sport!

Baseball season is among us~ yeah!

The sun makes everyone so happy :0) I even painted my toenails again for the first time in months! Time to get the camera to the boys' baseball games. I love catching the fast action of a great play and then it's even more fun looking through the pics after the game with the family!

Okay, so maybe I did add my husband and son myself as followers... but the rest of you are legit. I may have had to beg, but you still count! Thank you!

Here is our 4th child Riley with his best bud Ryan(a.k.a. big red). Riley is my one and only child that does not like his picture taken, but a promised trip to Dairy Queen can go a long ways :0)

Well, I've made it back for my 2nd blog- and maybe by my third I won't be talking to just myself anymore? I even begged my husband, son and best friend to become a follower- this is gonna be tougher than I thought :0)

My First Blog Entry!

Welcome! I am so totally new to blogging~ so please bare with me while I figure this all out!
I have awesome clients and am excited to get to share them with you! I will be adding their pics and stories as I shoot them. My main job is a full time mommy of 4 kids; so the blogs will be kinda limited until our youngest, Josie, is in school full time in the fall of 2010. So please hang in there with me and check back every once in a while to see who's been "caught" by kristie!



I've just started sub-leasing a studio and went in today to get familiar with the set up and lights . I brought our oldest son Brady with me as he is trying to earn a cell phone(apparently he is the ONLY 13 year old left on the face of the planet without one...), so he is my new assistant :0) Here's a pic of him from our practice shoot.
